No. We sell through our website, authorized reseller stores, and online marketplace.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We provide free returns on all orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Manufacturing process and delivery of xander bags, throughout the entire supply chain we practice fair & ethical trade policies. Procurement of raw materials from certified manufacturers, engaging local level artisans, payment of proper remuneration, healthy working environment, prohibition of sexual discrimination, non-use of child labour, non-use of hazardous chemicals and lethal tools, and returning back a portion of our profit for the upliftment of underprivileged women and child through DITO Social Welfare Association (www.ditoindia.org) – we maintain high degree of ethical standard.
We don’t spend for any formal certification. Instead we use that fund for the benefit of our artisans in particular and society as a whole. So with every purchase you make, you can contribute towards a better world with fairly-paid jobs, safe working environments, equal opportunities and women empowerment.
Eco friendly fabric is hazardous chemical free, biodegradable and does not contribute towards the degradation of the environment. We use 100% biodegradable, organic, GOTs certified, azo-free dyed/washed jute cotton fabric (alongside factory cut-out leather to add aesthetics to our bags). Staying green and eco-friendly consistently is the peak priority at Xander. Right from sourcing – manufacturing – packaging, until our product is delivered to you, we ensure a sustainable procedure is followed at every stage.
